Update on the current situation

Many people are worried due to the spread of COVID-19 / coronavirus. We want to give you an update about how we are handling the situation at Esprit.
Our top priority is protecting the health and well-being of our customers and employees and doing our bit to help flatten the curve and limit the spread of the virus. To this end, we have introduced the following hygiene measures so that we can send your shipment to you quickly and safely.
We guarantee that we are strictly adhering to the recommendations of the government and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. Our warehouse staff are split across three different shifts. The staff working the different shifts do not cross over and access is no longer allowed for external persons, in order to reduce the risk of infection.
Our delivery process:
Our shipping agents are no longer allowed to enter our warehouse, in order to minimise personal contact. Furthermore, in order to protect your health and safety, our delivery providers offer contactless delivery.
You can continue to return items as usual, and in addition, every item that is sent back to you will be repackaged. We are also extending the period in which you can return items. We are now accepting returns within 100 days.
Current delivery time & availability:
Even though our stores are not open at the moment, our e-shop at www.esprit.eu will remain open for you 24/7. We also guarantee that we will continue to do everything possible to ensure that your order is dispatched safely and without undue delay.
We also have sufficient stock to continue supplying you with all of your favourite products and bringing a smile to your face.
