Update on the current situation


Dear Esprit Friends,

Many people are worried due to the spread of COVID-19 / coronavirus. We want to give you an update about how we are handling the situation at Esprit.

Our top priority is protecting the health and well-being of our customers and employees and doing our bit to help flatten the curve and limit the spread of the virus. To this end, we have introduced the following hygiene measures so that we can send your shipment to you quickly and safely.

Our warehouse:

We guarantee that we are strictly adhering to the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. External persons will no longer be granted access to our warehouse, in order to reduce the risk of infection.


Our delivery process

Our shipping agents are no longer allowed to enter our warehouse, in order to minimize personal contact. Furthermore, in order to protect your health and safety, our delivery providers offer contactless delivery or delivery to a Packstation.


Your returns:

You can continue to return items as usual, and in addition, every product that is returned will be repackaged for you. And don’t worry, we’ve also extended the time limit for returning items for Esprit Friends. Friends now have up to 100 days to return items.


Current delivery time & availability:

Our e-shop www.esprit.eu is open for you 24/7. We also guarantee that we will keep our delivery promise of shipping within 2–4 working days.

We also have sufficient stock to continue supplying you with all of your favourite products and bringing a smile to your face.
